Hcg Maintenance Meal Plans



We’ve discussed good, healthy snacks for the HCG Maintenance Coincidence. Second Three Weeks of Maintenance Model Menu
Slowly add in sugars and starches. It is foremost that you take up every day and fulfill a “steak day” if needed.
Breakfast – 2 eggs with Vidalia onions in olive oil and cantaloupe
Mid - morning snack – ฝ apple with tiny butter
Lunch – Hamburger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions and a small salad with regular dressing

Dinner – Scallops, cauliflower, slice of garlic bread and a small salad with regular dressing
